What is a counselor? Well ... that is a counseling, no? ;-)
Counseling is a methodology to help and support to people born in the 50s in the United States by the psychologist Carl Rogers.
is to help an individual or an entire group of more likely to "unlock" some discomfort (emotional, relational, family, work, school ...) in a reasonable time and before they become big!
is not psychotherapy.
Scopo del counseling è aiutare le persone a ri-trovare dentro di sè l'energia e la determinazione per riuscire a cambiare il proprio stato, la sicurezza di potercela fare e la maturità nel gestirne le inevitabili difficoltà: quelle che incontriamo tutti, nelle situazioni in cui dobbiamo per forza crescere .
Spero con questo blog di aprire un piccolo spazio di comunicazione, riflessioni e spunti sul campo.
