Ecco la torta che ho realizzato per il 32° compleanno di mio fratello Alessandro….
E’ una torta al cioccolato con precisione la torta Manuela di marisaC tratta dal sito: www.coquinaria.it   farcita con crema pasticcera alla vaniglia e copertura di ganache al cioccolato bianco e colorato.

Per la crema:
Ingredienti:
1l
milk 5 egg yolks
280g sugar 100g flour
vanilla
Procedure:
Boil milk In the meantime mix the yolks with the sugar and flour with a whisk ... as soon as the milk boils pour in the egg mixture and put it on the fire, stirring constantly cook until thickened (the consistency). I then I added vanilla extract because I was unawares of the berry.
For the ganache:
Ingredients:
600ml fresh cream 600g white chocolate
Procedure:
Melt the chocolate with the cream on the stove and let cool before using.
