Cream of Limoncello

limoncello cream



Ingredients:
1st Lt. pure alcohol
No 10 lemons
Kg.1, 8 sugar
No 2 bags of vanilla
Lt. milk 2

Preparation:

macerate the lemon peels in alcohol for 48 hours and seal them in an airtight container.

After steeping, strain the lemon zest, boil the milk and dissolve the sugar and vanilla. Add the alcohol previously filtered milk has cooled, mix together, bottle and put the cream in frezeer.
