I Get Herpes After Exercise

Homemade Mayonnaise

seems silly ... but I tried three times to do so before MI could. To make the mayonnaise there are a few rules to follow, without which the sauce goes wild (ie not incorporate such ingredients. Eggs and oil).

HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE



Ingredients:
2 eggs TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE
1 cucchiaino di aceto
Un pizzico di sale
Un pizzico di pepe
½ succo di limone
2 bicchieri di olio di semi (io ho usato l’olio di soia)

Prima di cominciare รจ importante, per la giusta riuscita della maionese, che le uova siano a temperatura ambiente.

Beat the yolks with the vinegar, salt and pepper. Do everything by hand with a whip and meanwhile incorporated WIRE (second and final important rule) oil, until the cream becomes thick.

Finally add the lemon juice, beat again and you're done.
