And as usual on Sunday we do something special:

SPAGHETTI WITH MUSSELS

Ingredients:
1 kg of mussels
300 grams of spaghetti
400 grams of tomatoes peeled garlic


4 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
a glass of white wine Parsley

Clean the mussels. Let them explode with a little 'oil, a clove of garlic and wine. When they open, peel and lasciatene some with shells.

mussels filter water, about a cup and set aside.

In a very large saute pan with the remaining garlic oil and chilli. Put the peeled tomatoes into pieces and then cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the mussels and cooking liquid previously set aside and season with salt and pepper. Another 5 minutes of cooking.

Meanwhile dropped the dough and when it is al dente drain and pour into the pan with the sauce. Handle it, add the parsley and serve.
