In my wanderings I came across the blog of Micaela , an amazing cook who goes from sweet to savory, very simply!
I was impressed by this recipe, which comes easy, fast and above all leggera.Quindi you offer it knowing that the sweet / light makes us feel less guilty!!
Ingredients: 250 gr

250 grams of sugar.
flour 3 eggs 130 gr.
oil 130 gr.
water 1 packet of yeast
4 tablespoons cocoa.
Beat eggs with sugar until they become foamy, add the oil, water, flour and finally the yeast. Pour 3 / 4 of mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan. In the remaining cocoa mixture and mix well to incorporate. Bake 180 degrees for about 40/45 minutes and leave raffreddare prima di sfornare.
