Ecco una della specialità della mia mamma:
RISOTTO ALLA ZUCCA
Ingredients:
400 grams of rice
300 grams of pumpkin
½ onion 20 g butter
100 grams of diced ham
1 nut
a splash of cognac
oil Parmesan Parsley
cream (optional)
Sauté onions in butter and olive oil, add the diced ham, pumpkin Frulio and continue to cook everything.
Cover lightly with water and add the nuts and rice.
When almost cooked sprinkle with cognac and let it evaporate, add the cream to taste, Parmesan and parsley.
