asparagus crepes stuffed peppers
Nessun ricordo in particolare legato a questa ricetta, ma non ho potuto resistere alla vista del primo (e spero non unico) mazzo di asparagi in tutta Hanoï...
Ingredienti per 6-8 crespelle:
80 g farina
2 uova
3 cups milk
asparagus cream sauce
grain
butter salt and pepper
Procedure:
Mix the flour, eggs, milk, salt and pepper and let stand for half an hour before proceed to cooking crepes in a pan inburrato well.
Spread each pancake with a bit of sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and asparagus 2-3 overlap. Roll and line a buttered casserole dish.
Pour over the cream, grated parmesan and some butter. Bake and grill. Bon appetit!
